The Sky is Falling The Sky is Falling.... no wait that's a UFO.

The Sky is Falling, no wait that might be a UFO.  Or space debris, damn you NASA.

On October 26, 2014 - A metal sphere yet to be identified plunged from the sky and into Northern Brazil. Eyewitnesses, report the UFO weighs about 110 pounds and measures roughly 3 feet in diameter.

The sphere fell on Wednesday in the village of Riacho dos Poços in Brazilian Maranhão state. No casualties were reported apart from an unfortunate cashew tree that was severed by the object as it plunged to the ground.

Valdir José Mendes, 46, told police the sphere landed several feet from his house leaving a 3 foot deep hole in the yard.

It made so much noise that Mendes was too scared to go outside. Later, curiosity did get the better of him and he went outside to find the cashew tree's trunk snapped in half by a mysterious metal sphere lying in a hole nearby.

Some 20 villagers joined Mendes to help him extract the object from the ground and examine it. Mendes says the sphere is hollow and if shaken some sort of liquid can be felt swishing inside. Locals quickly spread the news, as they reached the town of Mata Roma over 2,000 people flocked to see the "UFO".

Peter Costa, a meteorologist at the National Institute for Space Research (INPE), says the object would probably be part of a satellite. "I'm sure this is not a weather balloon or part of it," he said

Military police confiscated the sphere and took it to the barracks in the nearby Mata Roma. They have not specified what the UFO's possible future will be.

In a statement the Air Force Command said it "does not have specialized structures to perform scientific research on this type of aerial phenomena, which prevents the institution to submit an opinion on these events."

Heads UP!!!!

Review: The Evil Within? More like The Horror Within

Sneaking around, climbing leaders, avoiding chainsaw men, and figuring out death traps?

First off, I would like to say "This is the game we've been waiting for". Godfather of survival horror games "Shinji Mikami" (creator of the Resident Evil series) brings us his latest master piece.

My first 18hrs 25min 32secs play through on survival mode was insanely challenging, fun, and scary!

The game starts out with Detective Sebastian Castellanos and his partners, Joseph Oda and Julie Kidman arrive at a gruseome crime scene at a mental asylum. Sebastian, and Joseph investigates and see everyone in the asylum were massacred. They check things out in the camera room. Sebastian see's a mysterious figure slashing 3 police officers just a few moments before he, and his team arrived. Sebastian turns around, and the figure that was on the computer screen, is now behind him, then attacks him. Sebastian wakes up tied upside down in a meat locker filled with other corpse. Sebastian escapes, and fight through the world of evil, in the search of his friends.

Pros and Cons.

I have to admit this game does have one con.

The only problem I had with The Evil Within, was the bugs. The game just came out on Tuesday 10/14/14. Bugs were expected. I really didn't have that many issues with the game. I spent 3 days playing it, all day, and ending the session at 3 o'clock in the morning. The game is gory, but it doesn't over do it. There will be times that you have to run, because the enemies are unbeatable.

The things I enjoyed most about this game, was the game play, story, and the difficulty. The game play is a mixture of The Last Of Us, and Resident Evil 4. You're left with very little ammo at times, you have to use stealth instead. The story is amazing, you will be craving to play the next chapter, just to that happens next!

RATE?

I give The Evil Within,

-Amazing game play
-Amazing story
-Keeps you on the edge at all times
-Horror is perfect
-Perfect puzzles, and traps

Like I said earlier there are bugs, but will be fixed soon.

Satan's Hollow, Portal to Hell Located!

Gateway to Hell, Located in Suburban America.........just outside Cincinnati actually.  Now we tend to just think that's a little extreme if you ask us.  I mean how bad could it be living in the Blue Ash region........seriously.

Legend has it, that Satanists some how opened a gateway, a portal into Hell, that just happens to be in a storm drain, in the woods behind an apartment complex.....

Yeah we don't get it either.

The Folklore (and we love us some folklore mind you), is so pervasive that the reported haunted tunnel system is called "Satan's Hollow"  Ohhh that does have a ring to it.  Satan's Hollow has become quite the hotspot for ghost hunters and local teenagers.

Blue Ash Police Department has stated that its rough on the homeowners, that people park in their driveway and try to gain access into the drainage system.  The landowner has ran people off numerous times (and we do not blame them).

It's reported that visitors commonly claim to hear screams coming from the drain system, or see floating faces in the darkness or the Shadow Man Demon guarding its entrance. (ok but what about the homeowners....... I mean they live right there......are they hearing things...... are they seeing things).

There is a YouTube story, that came out, that a Creepy team in Cincinnati has found Hells Door.  We refuse to name, or give links to this team for the mere fact as Scientific Researchers ourselves of the Fringe....... the mere lack of respect of this investigation team for Trespassing in the first place leaves us speechless.  Seriously, to not only trespass, make wild claims, but to post videos of you breaking the law!!!!  Good Grief Get a Life!

Even though this research (I laugh typing the words) team have tons of wild claims, and tons of supposed evidence, local law enforcement dismiss the claims as fabricated rumors...... as most legends are sadly.

No one's been sacrificed, no animals have been killed in the tunnel to open a portal to hell.

We've seen stories on this location before, and especially this time of year, all the spooky locations come to light.

But remember this, True Research, requires ethics, discipline, and scientific methods.  Not wondering to a storm drain in the middle of the night, trespassing.  NO TEAM SHOULD EVER TRESSPASS. I for one vote all Trespassers be Arrested ON SITE.

REAL Vampire Graves Uncovered in Bulgaria

Not just some catching title to get you to click here.  We don't get paid for clicks just so you know.

But Archaeologists are a little taken back at their latest discovery unearthed recently.  Archaeologists have uncovered medieval corpses buried with an iron stake to stop them joining the undead.

These are the 6th and 7th vampires found in the past 2 years. The so-called 'vampire graves' contain skeletons which all have an iron rod impaled through their bodies where their heart would have been.

The discovery, made at the ancient temple of Perperion, south-east of the Bulgarian capital Sofia, is further evidence that people really did believe that vampires could rise from the dead if they were not buried properly.

In the 13th and 14th centuries, many Eastern Europeans held the belief that vampires were real, causing mass hysteria when people suspected someone of being one of the blood-sucking creatures.

Scores of people were killed because they were thought to be vampires, similar to witch-hunts elsewhere in Europe and North America. However it may be possible that some towns had a ritual of hammering a stake into dead people's hearts to make sure they did not join the undead, even if there was no suspicion of them being a vampire.

Unknown DNA Sequences found in Paracas Skulls, Relatives of Bigfoot Perhaps?

Paracas is a desert peninsula located within the Pisco Province in the Inca Region, on the south coast of Peru.

It was here that a Peruvian archaeologist, by the name of Julio Tello, made an amazing discovery back in 1928 – a graveyard containing tombs filled with the remains of individuals with the largest elongated skulls found anywhere in the world.

These have come to be known as the ‘Paracas skulls’.

More than 300 of these elongated skulls were found, which are believed to date back around 3,000 years. A DNA analysis has now been conducted on one of the skulls and preliminary information regarding these enigmatic skulls has just been released. It is well-known that most cases of skull elongation are the result of cranial deformation, head flattening, or head binding, in which the skull is intentionally deformed by applying force over a long period of time. It is usually achieved by binding the head between two pieces of wood, or binding in cloth. However, while cranial deformation changes the shape of the skull, it does not alter its volume, weight, or other features that are characteristic of a regular human skull.

The Paracas skulls, however, are different.  The cranial volume is up to 25 percent larger and 60 percent heavier than conventional human skulls, meaning they could not have been intentionally deformed through head binding/flattening. They also contain only one parietal plate, rather than two. The fact that the skulls’ features are not the result of cranial deformation means that the cause of the elongation is a mystery, and has been for decades.

The DNA samples consisted of hair, including roots, a tooth, skull bone and some skin. This process was carefully documented via photos and video. Samples from three skulls were sent to the geneticist, although the geneticist was not given any information about what they came from until after the genetic testing, so as not to create any preconceived ideas. It contained Mitochondrial DNA with mutations unknown in any human, primate, or animal known thus far. But a few fragments that were able to sequenced from this sample indicated that these mutations could mean we are dealing with a new human-like creature, very distant from Homo sapiens, Neanderthals and Denisovans.

The results of this analysis is only one phase of many.  The next tests will involve having the initial test replicated, and conducted on other skulls, so that the results can be compared to see if there are any specific Paracas characteristics.

It will be interesting to see how these future test results turn out as it further deepens the mystery and has researchers asking even more questions than before.  Just who were the Paracas Peoples Relatives of Bigfoot perhaps? Decendents or Residents from Atlantis maybe.  Perhaps not even of this world, but from somewhere Out There!

Review: Willow Creek Bigfoot is On the Rampage.

Director Bobcat Goldthwait has stepped into the Cryptozoology realm with his latest film Willow Creek.

Jim and his girlfriend Kelly are visiting the infamous Willow Creek, the alleged home of the original Bigfoot legend - the tale of huge ape like creatures that roam the forests of North America. It was there that in 1967, the legendary beast was captured on film and has terrified and mystified generations since.

Keen to explore more than 50 years of truth, folklore, misidentifications and hoaxes, Kelly goes along for the ride to keep Jim happy, whilst he is determined to prove the story is real by capturing the beast on camera.

Deep in the dark and silent woods, isolated and hours from human contact, neither Kelly or Jim are prepared for what is hidden between the trees, and what happens when the cameras start rolling...

Sadly, this movie was not what I was expecting.  I'm not fond of the Blair Witch found footage type movies.  I was when Blair Witch came out, but now for the past few years EVERYONE is doing that type of film.

Don't get me wrong........I've seen some BAD straight out movies about Bigfoot.

This one is entertaining, just not what I was expecting from Bobcat Goldthwait.

It's Still worth sitting down to watch.

Review: Alien Abduction

Alien Abduction (2014) directed by Matty Beckerman

This is the story of a family that runs into some trouble as they drive along a mountain road. There isn't a whole lot I can say about this movie, mostly because I lost interest as I was watching and played a couple of games and read my Facebook page.

It didn't hold my attention until the very end. I would have to say that the last 2 minutes of the movie are the best with maybe an interesting scene near the beginning.

If you have nothing better to do or you just like alien abduction movies then you should not miss this one otherwise I say NAY.

Review: Big Ass Spider! Has Asses.......oh and Spiders!

Alex (Greg Grunberg) is an exterminator who really cares about what he does and the people who need him. When a military experiment goes horribly wrong Alex and his new sidekick Jose (Lombardo Boyar) set out to save the city and win the girl in  Big Ass Spider (2013) directed by Mike Mendez.
There are alot of really cheesy, bad, spider movies out there, but I have to say that Big Ass Spider although cheesy, isn't bad. Aside from the Big Ass Spider and people getting eaten and torn apart its not all that scary but really frickin hilarious.

If you are in the mood for a light horror movie I say YAY on Big Ass Spider.

I would rank this one, a 3 out of 5 on Our Alien Probe Meter!
