Former minister claims government conspiracy : UFO Sightings

A former Canadian defense minister has accused world leaders of covering up evidence that proves the existence of UFOs.

Paul Hellyer, who served in Canada in the 1960s, is heading a speaking tour demanding that governments worldwide release all the information they have on UFOs, the Canadian news network CTV reports.


This past Saturday, Hellyer addressed a crowd of 400 people in Calgary on the latest stop of the Disclosure Canada Tour.

The 91-year-old first expressed his belief that governments are covering up proof of alien life in 2005. He believes that UFOs are as common in our skies as airplanes and that aliens may already be living on Earth.

According to Hellyer there are 80 different species of extra-terrestrials. Speaking to Russian television last year, he said some of them "look just like us and they could walk down the street and you wouldn't know if you walked past one".

In Hellyer's view, most aliens are harmless but a handful have ulterior motives. He says they are worried that humans may detonate more nuclear weapons, which "affect not just us but other people in the cosmos".

Speaking on the weekend, he lambasted the mainstream media for ignoring his beliefs. "Much of the media won't touch it," he told CTV. "So you  just have to keep working away and hope that someday you get a critical mass, and they will say, in one way or another, 'Mr President or Mr Prime Minister, we want the truth and we want it now because it affects our lives.'"

Meanwhile, a new book claims that Ronald Reagan once asked Mikhail Gorbachev for help fighting aliens. Author David Clarke said: "[Reagan] surprised Gorby by saying he was sure the two superpowers would co-operate if Earth was threatened by alien invasion. Taken aback, the Soviet leader politely changed the subject."

Professional Video crew sees UFO during Press Conference Filming in Peru.

Raelians, you've heard of them right? The Cult{cough cough}the religion that believes the human race was created by aliens.....hmm kinda sounds like Scientology minus the whole genital modification thing.. Oh wait that was those Heaven's Gate guys..  Well see the Raelians were in Peru and just about to hold a press conference about an embassy they are building for extraterrestrials when an object being called a UFO was spotted.

Coincidence..... perfect timing for a drone or a balloon perhaps.  The Cult {cough cough} group thinks not.

 “This UFO appeared right when we held a press conference to present our embassy project plan, which we have submitted to the Peruvian government,” Raelian Guide Erich Rever with the Peruvian Raelian Movement said in a statement. “Peru must be dear to our extraterrestrial creators, who lived here in ancient times and left many traces, so we’re asking the government for permission to build the embassy here.”


Near a construction site in Lima, a crew filming the show “Alto al crimen” — Crime Stoppers — which is hosted by Renzo Reggiardo, a congressman, captured the purple object that seemed to be flying in the sky. Reggiardo stopped in the middle of filming to point out what he saw and his crew focused in on the unidentified object.

According to the Mutual UFO Network in Peru, the object was apparently in the sky for two hours. Fernando Tavara, the national director MUFON in Peru, noted that the object could have been a drone because the city’s Ministry of Culture was known to be operating drones in the area for photography purposes. However, Tavara went on to say that the ministry said the position and the length of time the drone was in the air is not consistent with its equipment. MUFON also discredited the idea that it could be a kite.

I can speak from personal experience, there is not a commercially available drone that can stay in the air for more that 30 minutes.  Governments on the other hand have technology and batteries not available to the general public.

What's odd is no one has suggested oh I don't know weather balloon {Nice try Roswell} or these nifty balloons guaranteed to be the hit at the next birthday party.  Multiple sources captured this image in the air.  So that rules out CGI, Venus, dust, flock of birds.   Everyone is saying UFO.... I tend to lean towards the balloon angle as well we have no footage of this thing zipping off into the Stratosphere, how convenient.





No one called the Air Force, or Military or Police.  And the timing with the Raelian Embassy announcement just seems to coincidental.


So what was this purple UFO?  Here You decide.  Just don't drink the Cool-Aid

New Roswell Photos Could 'Confirm' Alien Existence...Finally

It seems a collection of never before seen photos from.......Roswell have surfaced, that could prove once and for all that there was indeed a Crash in the Desert involving visitors not of this world.

Yeah I know this sounds............way out there..... that is where the Truth is right... out there.






A series of Kodachrome slides belonging to Bernard Ray, an oil exploration geologist who was working in Roswell at the time of the crash have been found by his wife.

When Ray passed away, his wife Hilda started looking through his belongings and found a box of old slides mostly containing family photos. What she also found was a pair of slides hidden within the lining of the lid.



Within those slides where pictures of a thin grey humanoid creature with an enlarged head. Through a series of acquaintances the slides were then passed along until finally getting into the hands of UFO researcher Tom Carey.


Carey has reportedly had the slides checked and authenticated by a Kodak expert who worked with the imaging company during the 40s. So while the slides themselves are physically authentic, the question remains as to whether their contents can be considered the same as well.

At the moment, there's a lot of hot air being thrown around, the images are being conveniently held until a grand-unveiling while there's been very little chatter regarding the authenticity of the actual contents of the photos.

So is it the real deal, yet another hoax... who knows,  It's probably nothing, but then, it could be everything!

10,000 Year Old Cave Paintings Depicting UFO's and Extraterrestrials

Our little rock floating in space, continues to become more mysterious by the day, as 10,000 year old rock paintings depicting possible extraterrestrials and UFOs have been found in Chhattisgarh, India.


These can be added to the long list of mysterious and unexplained “ancient alien art” that seems to lend to the belief that our ancient world and the people who lived at that time had contact with beings that did not originate from this planet.

According to archaeologist JR Bhagat, these paintings depict extraterrestrials.

The Chhattisgarh state department of archaeology and culture is planning to seek the help of NASA and ISRO for research regarding the paintings.

The findings suggest that humans in prehistoric times may have seen or imagined beings from other planets which still create curiosity among people and researchers. Extensive research is needed for further findings. Chhattisgarh presently doesn’t have any such expert who could give clarity on the subject. The paintings are done in natural colours that have hardly faded despite the years. The strangely carved figures are seen holding weapon-like objects and do not have clear features. The nose and mouth are missing, and in a few pictures they are even shown wearing spacesuits. We can’t refuse the possibility of imagination by prehistoric men but humans usually fancy such things.

Antiquity is filled with stories of beings, materials and flying objects that, according to modern day thinking, should not have existed. For anybody who has studied ancient mythology, they would know that a large amount of evidence exists today to turn those ‘mythical stories,’ (as we interpret them) into stories of a possible ancient reality.

Unknown DNA Sequences found in Paracas Skulls, Relatives of Bigfoot Perhaps?

     Paracas is a desert peninsula located within the Pisco Province in the Inca Region, on the south coast of Peru. 

     It was here that a Peruvian archaeologist, by the name of Julio Tello, made an amazing discovery back in 1928 – a graveyard containing tombs filled with the remains of individuals with the largest elongated skulls found anywhere in the world.

     These have come to be known as the ‘Paracas skulls’.







     More than 300 of these elongated skulls were found, which are believed to date back around 3,000 years. A DNA analysis has now been conducted on one of the skulls and preliminary information regarding these enigmatic skulls has just been released. It is well-known that most cases of skull elongation are the result of cranial deformation, head flattening, or head binding, in which the skull is intentionally deformed by applying force over a long period of time. It is usually achieved by binding the head between two pieces of wood, or binding in cloth. However, while cranial deformation changes the shape of the skull, it does not alter its volume, weight, or other features that are characteristic of a regular human skull.

The Paracas skulls, however, are different.  The cranial volume is up to 25 percent larger and 60 percent heavier than conventional human skulls, meaning they could not have been intentionally deformed through head binding/flattening. They also contain only one parietal plate, rather than two. The fact that the skulls’ features are not the result of cranial deformation means that the cause of the elongation is a mystery, and has been for decades. 

 

     The DNA samples consisted of hair, including roots, a tooth, skull bone and some skin. This process was carefully documented via photos and video. Samples from three skulls were sent to the geneticist, although the geneticist was not given any information about what they came from until after the genetic testing, so as not to create any preconceived ideas. It contained Mitochondrial DNA with mutations unknown in any human, primate, or animal known thus far. But a few fragments that were able to sequenced from this sample indicated that these mutations could mean we are dealing with a new human-like creature, very distant from Homo sapiens, Neanderthals and Denisovans.

     The results of this analysis is only one phase of many.  The next tests will involve having the initial test replicated, and conducted on other skulls, so that the results can be compared to see if there are any specific Paracas characteristics.

     It will be interesting to see how these future test results turn out as it further deepens the mystery and has researchers asking even more questions than before.  Just who were the Paracas Peoples Relatives of Bigfoot perhaps? Decendents or Residents from Atlantis maybe.  Perhaps not even of this world, but from somewhere Out There!

UFO Photographed In Broad Daylight

     A fascinating craft hovering in broad daylight over the California skies was photographed and submitted to MUFON along with detailed witness testimony:

     The eyewitness was coming home and pulled into his driveway. Above and beyond his neighbors home he noticed a bright orb hovering. It reflected the sunset orange, and that is what caught his eye. despite being a completely clear blue sky. At first he thought it could be a balloon or some sort of odd looking helicopter or drone, but it didn’t have any rotors. It appeared to have rods or antenna coming out of it Kind of resembling some older Russian Satellites like Sputnik.

     He went to into his backyard to get a better vantage point. It appeared to be less than a mile away over residences. Over a 5 minute period he grabbed his camera, then went back for his tripod for a better quality photo.

     Later grabbing his video camera and began to shoot video for about 20 min. Over the approx 45 Minute that it lingered, there was some wavering like it was being affected by air movement. At times it would descend behind a large tree, then reappear slowly as it came out from behind the tree.

     The object remained relatively stable then started to slowly drift away to the SW until it couldn’t be seen anymore due to darkness.

     UFO?, or a really interesting balloon to generate stories just like this one?  It really does resemble Sputnik.

Ewe Won't Believe This, "Sheep abducted by UFO?" Claims in West Wales creates panic.

London: Ewe-FO Sighting!

A sheep was reportedly abducted by a UFO which has left the locals panic-stricken, near the village of Lampeter.

 

According to the Daily Star, the UFO was spotted sailing over a field in west Wales and the police rushed to a farm after a call was made claiming the seizure of a sheep.

 

 

The sighting regarding alien activity was one of the 27 reports made to the authorities in west Wales, in the last 12 years.

 

Another close encounter revealed in newly-released police data claims one caller saw a triangular-shaped object about 40ft in the air above the village of Llandysul.

Proof Aliens Exist? Body Found in South Africa

July 2013, it was reported that there was a discovery of a mysterious dead body that looks not of this world. The alien-like body was found outside Nature's Valley in South Africa by 17-year-old Curt-Leigh, the son of SANParks ranger Llewellyn Dixon.  The dead body of the bizarre creature was long and thin, with rough teeth and a shrunken head. The picture and alien claims created an internet storm back then, and it scared the local residents who proclaimed they have found proof of extraterrestrials. They said the body is of an alien who lived and died on planet Earth.


Skeptic who did not believe in paranormal and extraterrestrial claims speculated it could be a seal crossed with a monkey charred beyond recognition, or a donkey, aborted horse, badly shriveled dead dog, or even a Tikoloshe (a supernatural beast in Zulu mythology).


The mysterious claims came to an end after a local doctor Dr Magdalena Braum of The Crags Veterinary Clinic performed an autopsy of the alien-like creature and confirmed -- it was nothing more than a mummified baby baboon.

She explained saying, “It was a newborn female baboon, with umbilical cord still attached to her body. It was most likely killed by the bite through her skull soon after birth, possibly infanticide, which is very common in some primate species when a new male takes over the troop."

Further, she said the baby baboon is mummified as it was carried by the mother after death -- a common habit of female baboons to carry the deceased infants on their tail section for as long as 3-4 weeks before discarding them finally.

The Veterinary doctor says this is the reason why the creature has unusually long and narrow mid-body segment, that it is just a stretch.

UFO Sighting, Flying Object Glowing Over Chile For Two Hours {Video}

A recent UFO sighting has been captured on video which has confounded Chileans in Terapaca, Chile.

On the Chilean news channel Chile Vision, the glowing UFO sighting was captured and shown on air.

Reportedly, the UFO sighting was recorded by Minera Collahuasi workers at 4,300 meters high, and lasted for more than two hours without any explanation for what it might have been.

Some observers of the news have called the sighting fake.

Others have also claimed it is the planet Saturn glowing brightly above the sky.

Cowboy's And Aliens?? UFO Over Texas has created a buzz.

In Gainesville and Austin, Texas reports of UFO sightings started coming in last week. The witnesses in Gainesville claim they spotted a triangle-shaped object flying over their area while those in Austin reported a square-shaped UFO with four lights up in the sky.

Residents in Gainesville saw the large, triangle-shaped object moving over their neighborhood on Thursday, June 26, at approximately 11 pm. The witnesses claim that the unidentified flying object was flying low over the area at the time of the UFO sighting.

As for the UFO sighting in Austin, one witness recounted spotting the square-shaped object also flying low in the area.
 

In this UFO sighting, the object had four lights and it sent out a low humming sound. The UFO sighting in Austin, Texas took place on Wednesday, June 25, at around 9:25 pm based on the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The details in the MUFON UFO sighting Case No. 57373 recounts how the unnamed witness spotted the UFO while driving westbound on a street in Austin, Texas. "

The witness added that the unidentified flying object appeared to be approximately 300 feet in altitude and traveling at a speed around 25 mph. Initially, the witness though that the object spotted was a model airplane, a small aircraft or a drone.

Bob Lazar, Back in the News. 25 Years Later (UFO)

Bob Lazar, you've heard the name.  Well you have if you're into UFO's and Area 51.  Well its now the 25th anniversary of when he first made public what was going on at S4 in Area 51...

Lazar claimed to have worked in 1988 and 1989 as a physicist in S4 allegedly located at Papoose Lake southwest of top secret Area 51 near Groom Dry Lake, Nevada. According to Lazar, S4 serves as a hidden military location for the study and research of extraterrestrial spacecraft, or flying saucers using reverse engineering. Lazar claims he saw nine different extraterrestrial vehicles there and has provided detailed information on the mode of propulsion and other technical details of a disc-shaped vehicle he called the sport model.

He also claims to have been working on the fuel, an element with an atomic weight of 115 which allowed the space crafts to warp space and essentially pull the desired destination to the ship. This method of travel allegedly enabled alien travelers to cross vast distances with minimal three dimensional movement. Element 115 was first discovered in 2003 and first synthesized in 2013.


Lazar first appeared in the media in an Omni magazine article in the early 1980s. He also appeared on television on a local Las Vegas news program discussing his experience at S4 and Area 51. He was also featured in the Los Alamos Monitor in a story dealing with a jet car he claimed to have built with help from a NASA researcher. The car was built from a jet engine modified and placed on an existing car model.

For the Record......... I believe the man is the genuine real deal.  His consistency in his statements, his knowledge level, his humbleness in not capitalizing on the topic like so many do.  This author operates in much the same manner.  I have knowledge others do not, I find many researchers comical in their methods and Seeking fame on no proof.   I on the other hand, lay low, research, share a few concepts with people (and some have run off and included in their own books as their own original thinking).  I would love to sit down ON or OFF the record, just to talk with Mr. Lazar... and if he doesn't wanted it printed, then I won't.

Revealed UFO Secrets ditched at last moments? Unusual Find in the Trash

 Reddit user TramStopDan documented and shared his recent experience of unlocking and discovering the contents of a box which his friend found discarded on the street next to the trash. When he managed to open it, Dan found a mind-boggling collection of posters, illustrations, text, maps, technical drawings and personal belongings.





 

 

Speculating on the original owner of the case, Dan writes: “Clearly something happened to this guy that was very memorable. It measures roughly 29″ by 38″ and almost all the drawings are very large… It appears that he was making a diorama/tabletop display. (Why? I have no idea). There are numbered parts and instructions/explanations.”

Apparently the guy went slightly insane over finding extraterrestrials in the bible. He was obsessed with “living creatures” described in Ezekiel 10 that are described as having four faces: “the first face was the face of a cherub, and the second face was the face of a man, and the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle.” I guess he really wanted for that to be an alien encounter.

British woman claims abduction by Reptilian Aliens

A British woman claims she has been abducted by aliens on repeated visits since they first made contact with her in the 1990s.

She describes her extraterrestrial visitors as 'the reptilians' and 'the greys' - who she believes are working together.

She said: 'I've asked them what they want with me and they have said they had come to take me and my family. What they were after was my energy and soul essence. 

'I don't know why they keep coming back to me. I think it is to do with my energies as I'm into healing and meditation.'

When asked to describe what happens when she's taken, Samantha said she has no recollection of her ordeals.

She explained: 'You don't always remember the abductions because you have memory swipes. You just feel like you have been somewhere but you don't actually remember it.'

When asked if this is what most of us what describe as a dream she replied: 'No definitely not. I've woken up with marks all over my body and been possessed - sometimes to the point of mind control - where thoughts come into your head that are not your own. I can't explain it any other way.'

She added that she has woken up to find her body covered in needle marks, scratches and bruises after an abduction.

While she hasn't had a visit for the past year, Samantha said she doesn't fear a return.

'I've been through so much already I try to take it in my stride,' she said.

She revealed that she believes her other-worldly experiences have also led to her being put under surveillance on Earth, stating she often has black helicopters over her home and has been followed by police cars. ''I think they are trying to send the message, "we are watching you, you better be careful"', Samantha said of the not so subtle surveillance.

Samantha appeared on the ITV show as part of their 'supernatural week' along with Joanne Summerscales, founder of the AMMACH Project (which stands for Anomalous Mind Management Abductee Contactee Helpline).

Canadian UFO Reports are 2nd Highest in 25 Years

In 2013, there were 1,180 UFO sightings reported, according to the Canadian UFO Survey, released Tuesday by Winnipeg-based UFOlogy Research of Manitoba.

 

It is the second-highest number recorded in Canada in the past 25 years. The peak year was 2012, when almost 2,000 reports were recorded.

 

The spike in 2012 is speculated to be tied to the so-called “end of the world” in 2012 according to the Mayan Calendar, and the public reporting many lights and objects as UFOs.

 

As for 2013, there are several theories for the surge in reports:

• More UFOs are present and physically observable by witnesses
• More secret or classified military exercises and overflights are occurring over populated areas
• More people are taking the time to observe their surroundings
• And more people are able to report their sightings with easier access to the Internet and portable technology.

 

The press release said "Many witnesses are pilots, police and other individuals with reasonably good observing capabilities and good judgment"

 

Canadian government has given up chasing unidentified flying objects. Its various federal agencies, Transport Canada, the RCMP and the Department of National Defence, used to track and investigate UFO sightings to some degree, but it's now has been left up to civilian volunteers.

Human Barbie claims she is an alien.

     I just read the story on Valeria Lukyanova from Metro News Reporter. An advocate of Breatharianism she believes that she will be able to sustain her life through air and light alone, forgoing food. She also claims that she is from outer space and can time travel.

 

     Maybe she is an alien, as a human would surly die without food. But as an alien, why did she pick Barbie to emulate? Do aliens find Barbie attractive or did they do some research and decide that we give our children this doll and this image would be more comforting to us. As for time travel, when has she been? I would like to know?  Why did she pick now? Certainly in the future it will be even easier to transform yourself into whatever you would like. Sadly, she is promoting her beliefs to we humans and I hate to think of anyone else out there buying into this type of crazy. 1st, the world would be so boring if everyone looked like Barbie and 2nd we would all be very angry starving ourselves to death.

Pyrmid Vandalized because of belief in Ancient Aliens

Conspiracy theories abound in our world, including one that suggests the pyramids of Giza was actually built by ancient astronauts, extraterrestrials who came to earth over 20,000 years ago. These theories were promoted by best-selling author, Erich von Däniken, who in 1968 wrote "Chariots of the Gods." Proponents of these theories also believe the ancient astronauts "intelligently designed humans" as seen in the Show Ancient Aliens on History and H2 Channel.

 

Two men and their cameraman are now facing charges because of their belief in an alternative history of the pyramids through vandalism. The cameraman was brought along to film the two "hobbyists" while they hunted for their discovery.

It's difficult to imagine why the authorities would engage in a cover-up concerning the building of the pyramids, but three German citizens who visited the Egyptian pyramids in April 2013 believed it enough to vandalize the site to prove they were right.

 

The three men were allowed to enter into areas of the Great Pyramid normally off-limits to the public. These areas are reserved for Egyptologists and archaeologists. It is reported the group took several items, including a sample of a cartouche of the Pharaoh Khufu. The three men then allegedly smuggled the items out of the country, in violation of Egypt's strict antiquities laws.

Six Egyptians are also being held in the case, including several inspectors and guards from the Egyptian Antiquities Ministry. Tourism, is the country's most important industry, but this has dropped in recent years due to both political and social unrest. Many owners of tour agencies are willing to bend the rules, especially if the party asking for special consideration is wealthy.

Mohamad Abdel Maqsoud, the head of the Ancient Egyptian department added in a press release, "A pyramid is not a sole object; it is part of a structural complex connected to each other. This includes the pyramid itself, the funerary temple, the side pyramid, solar boat pits, the ramp and the valley temple."

Are Museum Artifacts Proof Aliens have been here in our Past?

The National Museum Of Iraq in Baghdad has collections that rival the Louvre and the Metropolitan Museum of Art with its art and artifacts from ancient Sumerian, Babylonian, Acadian, Assyrian and Chaldean civilizations.

But, there are some weird, and unexplained art objects that are could prove the existence of extraterrestrial life or even aliens, as some researchers are suggesting.



Although the Baghdad museum was looted in 2003 during Operation Iraqi Freedom, it does possess some old, ancient art objects, among which are jars with some really weird, and unexplainable figures on them. One of the jars is marked "4000 - 6,000 BC". Although artwork back then was not that realistic in appearance , the depicted creatures do not look human at all with large bulging eyes, weird elongated bodies and wiggly arms.


Could these figures depict aliens who visited the Earth few thousand years ago?

I suppose it is possible, these strange objects of art could suggest the existence of aliens or at least some strange inhumane creatures that inhabited our planet at that time.

If presented to, and I have not check to see if Ancient Aliens the TV Show have even reviewed these items, its a fair bet to assume they would announce with most certainty that it does indeed mean aliens have been here in our past.  I mean.........it is all about the ratings right?

Airliner has near miss with a UFO, Rugby Shaped!

The captain of a Thomas Cook airliner flying tourists back from the Spanish holiday island to the north of England reported a “near miss” with a “rugby ball”-shaped UFO, which passed within feet of his jet.
The encounter, over Reading, Berks, was reported to the aviation authorities, who launched an investigation. But no earthly identity for the object could be established.
The encounter was disclosed earlier this month by the Telegraph, following the publication of a report into the inquiry. The document did not identify the aircraft involved.

However, following an analysis of flight data recorded on the internet, the Telegraph has established it was a Thomas Cook plane, with the flight number TCX24HX. It was an A320, with the registration G-KKAZ, which was made in 2003.

The jet was flying to Manchester International airport, from Ibiza, on July 19th 2013. For years, the island has enjoyed a hedonistic reputation, attracting thousands of tourists each summer, many attracted to its vibrant nightlife. In recent years, it has attracted an increasingly upmarket clientele, among them David and Samantha Cameron.

The aircraft was flying at 516mph, at an altitude of 34,000ft, when it was passed by the UFO.
The encounter occurred in daylight, at around 6.35pm. It only emerged following publication of the report, which concluded it was “not possible to trace the object or determine the likely cause of the sighting”.

The captain said he spotted the object travelling towards the jet out of a left hand side, cockpit window, apparently heading directly for it. He said there was no time to for the aircrew to take evasive action.

He told investigators he was certain the object was going to crash into his aircraft and ducked as it headed towards him.

The incident was investigated by the UK Airprox Board, which studies “near misses” involving aircraft in British airspace.

The report states: “(The captain) was under the apprehension that they were on collision course with no time to react. His immediate reaction was to duck to the right and reach over to alert the FO (First Officer); there was no time to talk to alert him.”

It adds: “The Captain was fully expecting to experience some kind of impact with a conflicting aircraft.”

He told investigators he believes the object passes “within a few feet” above the jet.
He described it as being “cigar/rugby ball like” in shape, bright silver and apparently “metallic” in construction.

Once it had passed, the captain checked the aircraft’s instruments and contacted air traffic controllers to report the incident. However, there was no sign of the mystery craft.

As part of the inquiry, data recordings were checked to establish what other aircraft were in the area at the time. However, all were eliminated. The investigation also ruled out meteorological balloons, after checking none were released in the vicinity. Toy balloons were also discounted, as they are not large enough to reach such heights. Military radar operators were contacted but were unable to trace the reported object.

A spokesman for Thomas Cook Airlines said, “All our pilots are trained and required to report any unexpected events that occur during the flight to the aviation authorities.”

The Ministry of Defence closed its UFO desk in December 2009, along with its hotline for reporting such sightings. Following that change, the Civil Aviation Authority took the decision that it would continue to look into such reports, from aircrew and air traffic controllers, because they could have implications for “flight safety”.

In 2012, the head of the National Air Traffic Control Services admitted staff detected around one unexplained flying object every month.

Iran Claims the U.S. is Run by Tall White Aliens, their source NSA Snowden Leaked Files?

Mining conspiracy-theory-peddling websites based in the United States, Iran’s semi-official Fars news agency published a series of bizarre claims regarding Edward Snowden's NSA leaks on Sunday.

A first report published by the news agency over the weekend claimed that documents analyzed by the Russian intelligence services "prove" that U.S. policy is driven by an "alien/extraterrestrial intelligence agenda." The NSA’s electronic surveillance is designed to cover up the alien conspiracy, the report continues, while the extraterrestrials plan for total world domination.

A few hours later Fars published a new story on aliens and the NSA, but this time the aliens are the victims. According to this second Fars report, Edward Snowden is unconsciously transmitting subliminal messages about a "false flag" plot to weaponize space. The report adds that the PRISM surveillance system collects UFO contact data, with the goal of creating a hoax alien invasion to justify space wars and ultimately, domination of the entire solar system.

Thankfully, Fars’ source material may help us all sleep a little easier. The first story was copied word-for-word from a conspiracy-theorist website called whatdoesitmean.com. The site is registered in the U.S. and describes itself as the site of The Order of Sorcha Faal, an organization supposedly established in Ireland in 588 BCE by the oldest daughter of the King Zedekiah.

The second Fars report is copied from a 6-month-old blog on Examiner.com, another U.S.-based site well-known for outlandish stories.

Fars is known for reproducing some of the wildest stories on the internet and presenting them as bylined reportage. Some of them are funny, like the story of an Iranian scientist who invented a laptop-sized time machine (Fars later removed this story).

Others are more ominous, such as the report about a nun who claims that Syrian rebels are selling vials of Christian blood to Saudi clients which was reproduced from a U.S. website best-known for its skepticism of Obama’s citizenship.
