Thunderbird Reports: 2015 Pterosaur Sighting?

Everyone loves a good story of the unexplained, heck its the reason X-files is so popular and getting a reboot of sorts.

From Cryptids to Ghosts and UFO's we just love a good mystery.




This past week some bizarre footage turned up showing the captured images of something Odd in the sky's over Idaho . This will fire up the conspiracy theorists around the globe to say the least.

In the clip, which was captured by an amateur filmmaker, a huge bird-like creature flies across the sky over Boise, Idaho.




Its huge wingspan is immediately noticeable as is the distinctively large backwards-pointing crest, which protrudes from its skull.

Ken Gerhard author of Big Birds - Modern Sightings of Flying Monsters voiced his opinion when asked about this most recent sighting. "At first glance, I thought the subject's movements seemed a tad unnatural/mechanical. I'm hearing that its an animatronic model/drone designed by a group in Ohio" He went on further to state"Of course I've never seen a pterodactyl, but the back edges of its wings seem unnaturally straight/rigid. And about the maneuver where it flips upside down? Something unnatural about that, I think."

The unnatural movements we saw in this clip, and that very nose dive that Ken mentions is what told us we were indeed looking at a drone. How do we know.... we fly various drones for our filming purposes. And if you are a novice and accidentally kill the power, OR you accidentally bump one of the joy sticks. I'VE DONE IT. It will stall/ fall and do exactly what this thing did until you act swiftly and recover.

Myself personally.......... I've crashed several drones.

The Pterosaur, which means 'winged lizard', was a flying reptile and the earliest vertebrates known to have evolved powered flight. They existed 228 to 66 million years ago and contrary to popular belief were not dinosaurs, but were instead close cousins to the prehistoric monsters.

We started looking around and here is just one example of Drones on the market ready to fly the friendly skies freaking your neighbors out.

Bigfoot Hunter Shot in Back

Atoosa, Oklahoma, Some Bigfoot hunters went out trekking for a serious night of Sasquatch searching. One ended up in the hospital and the others in jail instead of the record books.

As they searched for the elusive creature, one man thought he heard barking and shot his friend in the back with a 9mm. In a wild turn of events, the other friends ditched the gun in a local lake and attempted to cover up the crime scene.

Yeah..........that was no accident.




James Perry, Omar Pineda, and his wife, Lacey Pineda, have plenty of time to ponder Bigfoot’s whereabouts from their jail cells.

Police did interview all involved and it was determined that there have been no Sasquatch, Bigfoot or Yeti sightings. YET. 

So get out there folks.

Make sure you have the proper licensing before hunting this big guy!

Excorcisms, Sex and Chiropractic Care Do Not Mix in Iowa.

"Thou I Walk through the The Valley of The Shadow of Back Pain, I shall fear no alignments".

A Chiropractor in Iowa, has agreed to surrender his state license after he has been accused of accepting sex for payment and performing exorcisms on his patients.

Nothing Like a good Demon Possesion to get your back out of alignment.... Or so I hear.

"I shall place my hand's on you, and you shall be healed!" in the best TV Evangelical voice I can do.





An agreement was signed by the Doctor last month as he surrendered his Iowa license. He cannot reapply to be reinstated for at least 10 years. Before his license can be reinstated, he must prove that "the basis for revocation of his license no longer exists, and that it is in the public interest for the license to be reinstated."

According to court documents, the good Doctor "bartered sex for services with some of these patients" and "performed exorcisms as part of his chiropractic treatment of patients."

He also admitted to the allegations and acknowledges that the allegations, proven in a contested court hearing would constitute grounds for discipline. He has agreed not to use any words or titles, which imply or represent that he is a licensed chiropractor, or to otherwise hold himself out to the public, as a licensed chiropractor or to engage in the practice of chiropractic for which a license is required in the state of Iowa.


Another Doctor, who once shared an office with the accused said, "We didn’t notice any of that stuff while he was here."

So it's probably a safe bet that we will not be seeing any chain clinics popping up offering the same services and payment plans.

Werewolf sighted in the Staffordshire Moorlands?

A Paranormal Investigator by the name of Damon Simms has the tale of a friend who encountered something unusual in the Staffordshire Moorlands...

Damon's good friend Martin used to travel on a regular basis to Nottingham (to see the Sheriff?)to visit with his girlfriend at the time.

At around 11pm one night in the summer of 1992 he was driving home from the East Midlands, on his regular route through Ashbourne and the Staffordshire Moorlands, he encountered what he still describes as a 'wolf-like' creature at the side of the road.

The creature Martin described was around eight feet in length with huge rippling shoulders that made it look vascular, like a young bull.


It began to emerge from the tree-line, making its way into the middle of the road – stretching, revealing its full size, filling the road in the process.

As Martin approached, he killed his headlights to try compose himself, after a few seconds of disbelief, and wondering why on earth he'd put himself in darkness. He turned his headlights back on and saw that it had moved to the side of the road before, looking over its shoulder, it slunk off into the undergrowth.

To this day he asks himself the obvious question – what could it rationally have been? With no logical explanation – it was a creature of the like he'd never seen before.

He drove the same route on many more occasions and never saw anything to suggest that wild beasts crossing the road were a regular occurrence.

He's one of a number of people who swear that 'unknown' creatures exist, more than you would expect.

Former minister claims government conspiracy : UFO Sightings

A former Canadian defense minister has accused world leaders of covering up evidence that proves the existence of UFOs.

Paul Hellyer, who served in Canada in the 1960s, is heading a speaking tour demanding that governments worldwide release all the information they have on UFOs, the Canadian news network CTV reports.


This past Saturday, Hellyer addressed a crowd of 400 people in Calgary on the latest stop of the Disclosure Canada Tour.

The 91-year-old first expressed his belief that governments are covering up proof of alien life in 2005. He believes that UFOs are as common in our skies as airplanes and that aliens may already be living on Earth.

According to Hellyer there are 80 different species of extra-terrestrials. Speaking to Russian television last year, he said some of them "look just like us and they could walk down the street and you wouldn't know if you walked past one".

In Hellyer's view, most aliens are harmless but a handful have ulterior motives. He says they are worried that humans may detonate more nuclear weapons, which "affect not just us but other people in the cosmos".

Speaking on the weekend, he lambasted the mainstream media for ignoring his beliefs. "Much of the media won't touch it," he told CTV. "So you  just have to keep working away and hope that someday you get a critical mass, and they will say, in one way or another, 'Mr President or Mr Prime Minister, we want the truth and we want it now because it affects our lives.'"

Meanwhile, a new book claims that Ronald Reagan once asked Mikhail Gorbachev for help fighting aliens. Author David Clarke said: "[Reagan] surprised Gorby by saying he was sure the two superpowers would co-operate if Earth was threatened by alien invasion. Taken aback, the Soviet leader politely changed the subject."

Finding Bigfoot and Animal Planet in The Ozarks

Recently we were contacted by production at Animal Planet as the show Finding Bigfoot was going to be here filming in our area.  So we popped on up to Branson, MO to one of the theaters (secret location) and met up with the cast and crew.

We sat in for the Town Hall Meeting, talked with the camera crew and producers.  Did you know for every Minute of film you see on TV they actually record an HOUR?  One hour produces One minute, that is insane.......or so I thought.



We are currently traveling and doing our own Documentary on various WILD topics.... oh so much hits the cutting room floor...... wait we're using digital media... I digress.





We talked with about 100 people after filming and gathered stories for our own projects, while the producers were filtering through the some 16 stories told to them on camera for them to pick 2 to use.  Due to confidentiality agreements I can't discuss what was told their that night until the show actually airs. Projected for sometime in September 2015.

Then we went head to head with the Stars of the Show, quizzing them, getting autographs and they even chatted with our own big guy AskSquatch.  His video is coming soon answering their own questions that only the big guy can do.




Total time on set and with the crew was roughly 6 hours.  I had worked a full day prior and hauled ass to the location so when I got home...... it was morning and I was ready for bed for sure.






So far I've dealt with many networks and shows behind the scenes.  I do believe to date, I enjoyed this one the most.   Down to earth people, and Ranae desperately seeking some GOOD coffee. Matt running all his pens out of ink, Cliff making me feel normal in height, and BoBo definetly making me feel short!

It was a pleasure to say the least and look forward to some future work with these guys.

I apologize for the delay we have tons of stories to upload.  Conventions, Conferences and Production on a Documentary are eating all the hours in the day.  Stories will commence ASAP.

Professional Video crew sees UFO during Press Conference Filming in Peru.

Raelians, you've heard of them right? The Cult{cough cough}the religion that believes the human race was created by aliens.....hmm kinda sounds like Scientology minus the whole genital modification thing.. Oh wait that was those Heaven's Gate guys..  Well see the Raelians were in Peru and just about to hold a press conference about an embassy they are building for extraterrestrials when an object being called a UFO was spotted.

Coincidence..... perfect timing for a drone or a balloon perhaps.  The Cult {cough cough} group thinks not.

 “This UFO appeared right when we held a press conference to present our embassy project plan, which we have submitted to the Peruvian government,” Raelian Guide Erich Rever with the Peruvian Raelian Movement said in a statement. “Peru must be dear to our extraterrestrial creators, who lived here in ancient times and left many traces, so we’re asking the government for permission to build the embassy here.”


Near a construction site in Lima, a crew filming the show “Alto al crimen” — Crime Stoppers — which is hosted by Renzo Reggiardo, a congressman, captured the purple object that seemed to be flying in the sky. Reggiardo stopped in the middle of filming to point out what he saw and his crew focused in on the unidentified object.

According to the Mutual UFO Network in Peru, the object was apparently in the sky for two hours. Fernando Tavara, the national director MUFON in Peru, noted that the object could have been a drone because the city’s Ministry of Culture was known to be operating drones in the area for photography purposes. However, Tavara went on to say that the ministry said the position and the length of time the drone was in the air is not consistent with its equipment. MUFON also discredited the idea that it could be a kite.

I can speak from personal experience, there is not a commercially available drone that can stay in the air for more that 30 minutes.  Governments on the other hand have technology and batteries not available to the general public.

What's odd is no one has suggested oh I don't know weather balloon {Nice try Roswell} or these nifty balloons guaranteed to be the hit at the next birthday party.  Multiple sources captured this image in the air.  So that rules out CGI, Venus, dust, flock of birds.   Everyone is saying UFO.... I tend to lean towards the balloon angle as well we have no footage of this thing zipping off into the Stratosphere, how convenient.





No one called the Air Force, or Military or Police.  And the timing with the Raelian Embassy announcement just seems to coincidental.


So what was this purple UFO?  Here You decide.  Just don't drink the Cool-Aid
